Provide accurate and complete information about your vehicle and shipment details.
Ensure the vehicle is operable unless otherwise stated.
Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle (we are not responsible for loss or damage to items left inside).
Be present, or have an authorized representative present, at both pickup and delivery locations.
All carriers arranged through Auto Movers Global are licensed and insured in accordance with federal regulations.
Carriers are responsible for the care and safety of your vehicle during transport.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed due to factors such as weather, traffic, or mechanical issues.
Carriers provide insurance coverage as required by law. Claims for damages must be filed directly with the assigned carrier.
Auto Movers Global is not responsible for damage caused by weather, natural disasters, or acts outside of carrier control.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
If no carrier has been assigned, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
Once a carrier has been dispatched, deposits are non-refundable.
Auto Movers Global is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our website or services.
